- Bookings are confirmed only upon full or partial payment (depending on service).

- Cancellations or changes must be made in accordance with each product’s cancellation policy (displayed at the time of booking).
2. Payment & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) or USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are securely processed through third-party gateways. We do not store your credit card data.
- Travel Zambia reserves the right to adjust pricing and availability at any time.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be requested by email or through your booking confirmation link.
- Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking and timing of the cancellation. Non-refundable items (e.g., digital downloads or last-minute bookings) will be clearly marked.
- If we must cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, health, or safety), you will receive a full refund or a rebooking option.
4. Travel Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all travel, visa, and health requirements to enter Zambia. We provide guidance but are not liable for any issues related to documentation or entry restrictions.
5. Use of Website & Content
- All content on this site—including images, eBooks, videos, and branding—is owned by Travel Zambia or used with permission.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content for commercial purposes without written consent.
- Downloading and sharing of our free or paid eBooks is for personal use only.
6. Shop Purchases
